I have been woking on this project since the summer of 2017. I have created 6 different drafts so far. I started this project because I wanted to improve the range of motion of the robotic hand I originally made. I have been focusing on the range of motion of the hand. I still am in the process of figuring out the mechanism for the thumb, but am close to completing the design for the other fingers. Currently I am starting o look at motors and how that will play into the design. My hope is to figure out the final design by the end of the suppemer and design tests and test in the Fall. As of now I have my most current sketch which I am trying to convert to CAD. This design I hope to get to printing in the next few weeks.
